Product Facts

Rinse the rice thrice with regular water to get rid of excessive starch. Soak the rice in twice the amount of water for 15 minutes
Open Pot Method
  • Bring a pot of water (2 ½ times the amount of rice) to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and 1tbsp of oil and stir.
  • Add the soaked rice and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the flame.
  • Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Fork the rice and serve hot.

Microwave Method
  • Add water (2 ½ times the amount of rice) to a micro safe bowl and add the soaked rice.
  • Add a pinch of salt and one tbsp of oil and stir.
  • Cook it at 90W for fifteen minutes.
  • Fork the rice and serve hot.

Note: The above is based on a 650W microwave. The timings might differ from oven to oven. For best results, always soak rice in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
